Edyta Paczos-Grzęda (University of Life Sciences, Lublin, Poland) and Nils Stein (Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK), Gatersleben, Germany) have been nominated as Chairs of the Avena and Barley Working Groups, respectively.

They succeed Andreas Katsiotis (Cyprus University of Technology), former Chair of the Avena Working Group, and Jan Svensson (NordGen, Sweden), former Chair of the Barley Working Group. We thank them both for their commitment and valuable contributions over the years.
