Flights

You are encouraged to provide your own booking and tickets for your flights, the cost of which will be reimbursed to you via bank transfer after your return, as soon as we receive the tickets and other receipts. In case you have problems in booking/purchasing your tickets please kindly contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Accommodation

The local organizers will book the accommodation for all participants. Should you require alternative accommodation, such as a double room, please mention this in the section for comments. Extra nights will be at own charge.
