Main highlights of Phase X
- Phase X of ECPGR (2019-2023) was approved by the Steering Committee in May 2018, with a starting budget of € 2 668 250, to be provided by 36 countries
- New ECPGR Objectives (see here)
- Two new Working Groups have been approved: Berries WG and Maize WG
- Working Groups can organize meetings in a flexible way – see Mode of Operation (here)
- Working Groups can apply for funding through the ECPGR Grant Scheme – see Mode of Operation (first call is expected mid-February, with deadline mid-May)
- Two WG Chairs meetings are foreseen in 2020 and 2022
- ECPGR contributes to the H2020 project 'GenRes Bridge: joining forces for genetic resources and biodiversity management'
